About

I am an experienced pediatric and neonatal intensivist with proven and bright track record of leading the departments. I have extensive experience dealing in Level 3 PICUs and NICUs and I am highly skilled in advanced conventional and high frequency ventilation. I am adept in difficult airways, central and peripheral lines, invasive monitoring, peritoneal dialysis, renal replacement therapies and other life salvaging procedures and exceptionally proficient in dealing with life threatening conditions in children and neonates.Antibiotic policies and use of anesthetic drugs in Intensive care settings are area of my interest besides artificial ventilation. I have completed MBA (hospital and healthcare) from prestigious BITS Pilani, an institute of eminence. I am a strong advocate of ethical, evidence based practices and implementing lean and six-sigma strategies in healthcare to improve the quality of healthcare. I have a number of publications in medical journals. I have been active members of hospital teams for achieving NABH benchmarks.
